Faith - First Step To Create Fabulous Structures

The temple city, Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha in India, has many heritage sites that stand as a testimony to faith.

Whenever I see the various structures, I am filled with awe.
I often feel they stand here to tell their story and to teach us lessons.

Who were the skilled craftsmen who created such fabulous works of art?
How did they dream of shaping those rocks into fantastic sculptures, caves and monuments that have withstood the ravages of time?

Surely they had faith in their caliber.
The kings, who employed them, had faith in their skills and also faith to fulfill their personal dream.

So many faiths existed and still exist simultaneously.
Whether it is Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism etc, Bhubaneswar has ancient sites related to them.

In Hinduism too, one finds many temples of Gods and Goddesses.
One actually has a choice to select which one(s) to visit.
Whether Gauri (Parvati) Temple or Sabitri Temple?
Ganesh Temple, Hanuman Temple, Shiva Temple or Vishnu Temple?
Or all of the above?

Faith can take you there; fueling your curiosity and love for travel...
Whatever it is, keep the faith and move on.

Remember- 'Faith can move mountains'.
If faith can create such fabulous heritage structures, imagine what structures we can create in our life by taking the right steps!

“Faith is taking the first step, even when you don’t see the whole staircase.”
- Martin Luther King, Jr.
