Are you a fan of Sherlock Holmes too?
When I first got introduced to him, I simply fell in love with his analytical detective problem-solving brain.
How wonderfully he approached the cases and solved them with ease!
I particularly remember a story in which he was blindfolded and was being driven around the streets of London and yet he knew their car’s exact location despite the twists and turns!
I came across this publication-
I was aware of this. Did you know this too?
That Sherlock Holmes has never said the following term that is attributed to him-
“Elementary, my dear Watson”
Is it not strange how some terms or quotes get associated with certain people though they have had nothing to do with them?
Once something becomes popular and is believed, it is very tough to change those views.
That’s how truth gets suppressed.
People are convinced of the lies that are popular.
For example, Rasgulla - that is called Rasagola in Odisha.
We have been trying to inform everyone that Odisha is the birthplace of the Rasagola. This “king of sweets” is associated with the Ratha Jatra (Ratha Yatra - Chariot Festival) of Jagannatha Dham - Puri, Odisha.
Still, people like to believe, credit, and defend another state that has projected itself as the sweets hub.
The choice is ours- be comfortable while lies are spread or put in efforts to establish the truth.
Whatever it is, it is “Elementary, my dear Watson!” :)

thanks
