Meaning Starts With Me

I set out searching for meaning,

Some felt it was demeaning!

Why should my search affect them?

I wasn't asking them to search my gem!

The song my paddle sings continued,

I was honestly searching, not being rude.

I looked high; I looked far; I looked low,

I even looked where there was no glow.

I believed and kept humming my song.

I never gave up; kept going for long.

And then suddenly there was light!

The answers were the gifts helping me fight.

And I had the right knowledge now-

It dawned on me & made me say "wow!

I grasped & integrated quickly & fully-

Every "meaning starts with me"- yours truly!
