Seeing the three words of this post, one gets reminded of a famous international brand that uses these words- "Just Do It" - as its tagline.
"It" refers to the work or task at hand.
Doing something means taking action. There is always a reason why we do or do not do something.
I saw a couple of quotes about work.
In the Bhagawad Gita, Shree Krishna states that one must just do one's duty and work, and not work for the sake of results.

Focus and do the work, and forget about everything else.
Wise people and elders have always asked us to do good works.
But, sometimes good work done with good intentions by one person or group, may not be considered good, and may actually be bad for another person or group!
In English, it is said-"One man's meat is another man's poison".
This morning, my friend, Keya, sent me a Hindi quote as a good morning message on WhatsApp.
Translated it means-
"The one who does good work is not hungry for respect or fame. Their work makes them the recipent of respect or fame."
I was thinking about the reality when the second line is hardly true- do the good people really get their deserving respect and fame?
Then, I found these words of my Facebook friend, Dr Viyatprahna Acharya-
"Let the good work be done... do not bother who takes it to culmination or who gets credit for it. Every good karma has its own reward."
We do not know whether good karma has its own reward.
But, from experience, I know and can share that anything that we advocate or do can be taken over and showcased by others as their work!
Earlier in June, I had shared a poem in this blog- "Give Due Credit".
It is great when at least one gets due recognition and acknowledgment for one's "Intellectual Property (IP)" and work.
In this age, there are many intellectual property thieves who are busy stealing others' work and showing it as their own achievement!
Some thoughts expressed here- https://www.anitaexplorer.com/2025/06/give-due-credit.html
But, no matter what, I too believe- "just do it"!
Do the work and also give due credit to those who do the work.
Remember- "God is watching".
