Accident At Cuttack - Justice For Victim

It is terrible to learn that my friend's father, Shri Sribatsa Acharya, has met with an accident at Cuttack.

Having suffered a head injury and fracture, his condition is serious.

He is admitted to Omm Suvam Hospital, Ranihat, Cuttack, and is undergoing treatment there.

Yesterday when I called up to enquire how Shri Acharya was recovering, my friend said that his head had been stitched up and leg had been plastered. 

There has been a substantial memory-loss with Shri Acharya presently being unable to identify people.

It is sad to see him suffering so badly while the person responsible for his plight is moving scot-free... 

The Eyewitness

She had a feeling something sinister was happening on the street.

Busy Night

He had been working diligently to make a secret passage to her room.

He was excited that all his sleepless nights would finally make his dream come true.

She found tears welling up her eyes that she trusted this criminal, but those tears soon got washed away in the rain.

Police & Hindi Cinema

The word 'Police' reminds me of Police in Hindi Movies!

As a HUGE Bollywood Movies fan, I present my views about Police in Hindi Cinema.

From ever since I was very small, I know that the Police always arrives at the climax or 'THE END'! That's when the baddies are bashed up and "Inspector Sahab" handcuffs them & takes them away! 

As I have optimism in my DNA, I always believe in and am happy with happy endings! 

But, sometimes, to my utter disappointment, I find that Police doesn't arrive on-time & the baddies win... 

Worse, the baddies kill the good Police-Man...

In the movie original Don, Iftekhar plays the DSP (Deputy Superintendent of Police), who is the mastermind of a plan to reach to the source of Don's crimes & gets killed leaving the hero Amitabh Bachchan in the lurch...

PASS the Attention!

When Bhai* came from USA, Mom said, “I hate that unclean stubble & so will my honewaali-bahu*, Aditya…” 
Though I sided with Bhai sometimes, this time I supported Mom.

“Aditi, You’re younger than me!”  
Bhai always played this “you-are-young-card” though I am just 3 years younger!

Bhai is one of the most eligible bachelors in the world! 

Last year, my best-friend Diya confessed to me that she loved him! 
“But, I hate that unclean stubble” Diya had said. 

When Bhai went to the Mall to meet his best-friend (who also has a Stubble!), I followed him in a disguised-look. I occupied a table close to the duo in that Cafeteria. My heart missed a beat when I caught him looking at me…

Just then, a smart lady-Police-Officer arrived with a Police-Man. 
Heading straight to my Bhai’s table, she said, “You are under arrest!”
